Epson et 2550 Error Code e11

The Epson ET 2550 has close to 20 error codes. To resolve the Epson ET 2550 error code, e11, refer to the steps given below.

  1. You have to reset the Waste Ink Counters on your printer.
  2. Run the Wic Reset Utility tool on your computer connected to the printer.
  1. Click the Read Waste Counters option in the Waste Counters section.
  2. Try shutting down your printer and turning it on again.

If the LCD still shows the Error code e11, then it indicates that the ink pad has to be replaced, and it is at the end of it’s service time. The Epson support must be contacted to get a proper replacement.
