Epson Et 2550 Print Head

Epson ET 2550 is an All-in-One inkjet printer that comes with refillable ink tanks. The Epson ET 2550 print head is present inside the scanner unit. The maximum printing speed is nine pages per minute for black and 4.5 ppm for color. The print head is responsible for printing on the Epson ET 2550 printer. If the print quality is not up to the mark or the printout is not clear, you may need to clean the print head. Primarily, check for the clogged nozzles before cleaning the print head. You can check the Nozzle Check sheet to determine the printing qualities. You can also print the Nozzle Check remotely using the computer utility.

If you wish to clean the print head using the product control panel, follow the below-mentioned steps.

Switch on the printer and load some plain paper into the paper input tray.

Press the Home button and select Epson Et 2550 Setup using the navigation keys.

Select Maintenance and press the OK button.

Choose the Epson ET 2550 Print Head Cleaning option on the Maintenance page and press the Start button to clean the print head automatically.

Make sure not to turn off the printer while the printer cleans the print head.

The power light flashes during the cleaning process and stops flashing when the process ends.
After completing the Epson ET 2550 print head cleaning, print the Nozzle Check sheet to confirm that the print head is clean.
Avoid cleaning the print head unnecessarily because it consumes more ink.
Also, remember to fill the empty tank before stating the print head cleaning.
